APC Safety Culture

Since 1975 APC has worked safely in dangerous environments.  We realize that safety starts and ends with well trained and experienced employees. Whether we are working in Industrial Power plants, Confined space cleaning, electric or gas transmission, we are committed to putting the right people in charge of managing threats. We spend time training in the class room and out in the field. We realize that experience leads to safety. Our workforce spends time analyzing the hazards associated with the job and eliminating them before the work begins.

Each job is unique and hazards are constantly changing, but the philosophy of our crews is that the safe way of doing the job is the only way. We educate our employees to manage the risks involved with certain hazards and we empower the employees to pause work and find a better alternative if something is unsafe. 

As a company APC is committed to training both in the classroom and on the job site. All of our employees complete the following certifications:

Hazwoper 40
Veraforce Operator Qualification
Northeast Gas OQs
Osha Confined Sapce training
First aid and CPR
